User Data Deletion Instructions
At Rivara Technologies Indonesia, we respect your privacy and provide you with the ability to delete your data associated with our applications.
How to Delete Your Data
If you have used your Facebook account to log in to any of our applications and wish to delete your data, you can do so by following these steps:
- Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites and you will see all of the apps and websites you linked with your Facebook.
- Search and Click Rivara Technologies or the specific application name in the search bar.
- Scroll and click Remove.
- Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities and data.
Manual Deletion Request
Alternatively, you can request that we delete your data manually from our systems. Please send an email to our support team with the following information:
- Your full name as it appears on your account.
- The email address associated with your account.
- A brief statement requesting the deletion of your data.

What Data is Deleted?
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove all personally identifiable information from our active databases, including your name, email address, profile picture, and any activity logs associated with your user ID. Please note that some data may be retained in backups for a limited period as required by law or for security purposes.
